Joey Jordan, Board President Joey Jordan has a 20 year resume in commercial radio, beginning in Racine, Wisconsin at the age of 14. She has worked in various radio markets, both in Wisconsin and Alaska, in formats including Top 40, Country, Gourmet Rock, 30's & 40's Music, Oldies, and Talk Radio. She has held the position of air personality, Music Director, Program Director, News Reporter and Traffic Reporter. She also did a short stint as a Television Talk Show Host on Catch 22 Music Television in Anchorage-it was there she decided she had a face made for radio.

In the early 90's Joey became involved in the non-profit world by founding an organization in the Bay Area dedicated to alcohol policy and drunk driving prevention.

Locally she has served on many non-profit boards including the Food Bank of Nevada County, Rural Quality Coalition, Federation of Neighborhood Associations, Penn Valley Community Association, Foothill Fibers Guild and, for the past year, NCCBG. She is a founding member of the SSK (Society of Subversive Knitters) and is the Director of Development for The Sierra Fund.
